on left stifle, stud, weight 1,000 pounds;

It said animals are not claimed by
the owners or those entiled to their
possession, costs and expenses !" paid
and taken away within ten days from
the date hereof, then at 2 o'clock P.
At. of the 16th day . of July, 1921,
the said animals- will be sold to the
highest bidder, at public auction, for
cash, at the City Pound, in said City
of Pendleton, the proceeds of such
sola to be applied to the payment of
such coats and expenses of making
sale.
