Dr. Massimo Armando Leuret, aged 36, a Swiss physician, haa arrived here af ter walking 35,000 milts in both old and new worlds. He mwena lhat liiB tour took him around the glolxj com mencing In January 1,1914, and cost him $40,000. He says he left Switzerland going north to Germany, Poland and Rus sia. He was In the last named coun try when war began and continued the journey acroa Itussia to Siberia.1 He then visited China and Japan and later crossed the I'ucific to America. He claims to- have traversed both North and South America on foot. His trip from the Pacific Coast to New York was mude alternately in Canada and the I'nited States.
