Con ditions on the home market for Wash ington coal were investigated today by the special commission appointed re cently to make an effort to settle the wage dispute between coal miners and operators, in a hearing held by the J commission here today, at which a 1 number of local retail coal were examined. The commission has completed its investigation of conditions at tha mines, it was announced and now pro poses to go into retail prices and rail road freight rates.
