Mesher was arrested fol lowing tha arrest of Alice Baldwin upon a charge of Improper conduct. The girl came to Goldendnle with Mcsher early In March and passed at hiH wife, but on her arrest admitted they were not married. They have just concluded a visit here with their, son, W. B. Langley, who lives near Freewuter. Of the local schools. Hawthorne leads with a total, of 45 reading certificates.
