Wall Street Talks
of Price Outline
NEW YORK. Feb. 25. (A. P.)
The stock market yesterday showed
farther downward movement of quoted
values. Announcement thnt a larfte
indeiendent steel manufacturere had
ordered a 20 per cent wage reduction,
effective March, was accompanied by
Kossip that severe price cutting would
ensue, but In well informed quarters
such action was regarded as highly Im
probable. Another unfavorable incident was
the suppression of the quarterly divi
dend on Ajav Rubber. The effect upon
rubber Issues and numerous affiliated
shares was unmietabable.

OSBOUN, ().. Feb. 25. On July 1.
if present plans are followed out, this
town of 250 buildings and dwellings
will gather UP 't belongngs, pack up
its buildings and start moving a mile
and a half distant.
Motion picture cameras will grind
away, preserving the unique record of
a whole town sliding away on railroad
tracks.
Osborn has to move, because of the
danger from flood in the Miami valley.
It had Its troubles finding a new
home as most househunters do these
days. The town of Fblrfleld wanted
the plat Osborn had picked out, and
sought an injunction preventing, the
latter town from moling In.
Judge Hartley at Xenla,' howet-cr
the other day dissolved the Injunction,
and as far as anyone knows now. there
Is nothing more to prevent Osborn
from changing its location.
The new Osborn will nearly adjoin
Fairfield. Probably Fairfield's Jcal-
ouHy will ctxend so far that it will
crowd to its windows when Neighbor
Osborn's goods start to move in and
criticise them. Maybe it will sniff dis
dainfully at the color of some of Os
born's buildings, and point out with
superiority that if it had to do the
moving It certainly wouldn't move
such such looking things.
Osborn's people are enthusiastic
about the town, and feel a new lease
on life for it, when It gets moved
Business men and officials are busily
planning ways and means to bring
new industries, and start the building
of a larger and more modern town.'
An expert Is being sought to super
vise the platting of the new site,
which is to start March 1.
Three concerns are seeking the Job
of removing Osborn. A contract is to
be awarded soon.
Plans now provide for the laying of
railroad tracks between Osborn's old
and new home, and transporting the
buildings and dwellings on specially
built railroad cars.
