loads held over from Monday because
ot depressed market conditions. The

auction sales today, 9600 bales were
offered. There was a good demand
for all grades at a shade firmer
prices. Punta Arenas wools offered
were from a half penny to a penny
dearer.

hostile action or propaganda outside

tions.
British subjects In Russia and Rus
sians In Great Britain will be permit-
red to return to their homes If they so
desire. Each agrees not to Impose
any form of blockade against the oth
er or any discrimination against trade
not Imposed on other foreign coun
tries. Bhips in the other's harbors
shall receive the treatment usually ac
corded foreign merchant ships by com
mercial nations.
The agreement . provides for the
clearance of mines from tfie Baltic
sea and the approach to Russia and
for the admission' to both countries of
persons appointed to carry out the
agreement. A renewal of telegrapkte
and postal facilities, including parcel
post will be arranged.
- Great Britain agrees to refrain from
attaching any gold securities or com
modities, not identifiable as British
government property, which may be
exported from Russia as. payment for
imports or securities for payment and
to refrain, as well, from legislation
lgalnst the importation of specie or
bullion from Russia and from requis
ites such.
The agreement shall continue In
force until a formal general treaty Is
arranged, except that elthr may after
year give six months' notice of its
termination. Infringement by either
government frees the other from Its
obligations.
The government recogni7.es in prln
ciple that .it is liable to pay compen
sation to private persons who have
supplied goods or services to Russia.
