Want Contract Cancelled
William and Mary Jane Swash to
day brought suit against It. L. Adcock,
seeking to have the contract between
them for 'the lease of lots 3 and ,
ruitvale Tracts, canceled. The de
fendant, they allege, has damaged
their property to the extent of at least
$260 by failure to plow properly and
keep it clear of weeds, by failure to
irrigate certain portions properly has
caused 1750 additional damage; fail
ure to spray fruit trees against spider
pest has damaged them an aditional
$500, failure to prune the trees prop
erly has meant an additional $250
damage and failure to pick and haul
away the fruit crop of 1920 has caused
additional damage estimated at $100.
In the suit they pray for a dojree
canceling the contract and adjudging
damages in the sum that the court
deems equitable.
