A delightful event last evenlnir took
place at the John Peters home. Logan
street, where a protip of .friends were
bidden to meet Mr. and Mrs. Claus
Johannsen who are guests here from
their home in Illinois and are en route
to California to pass the winter
months. The affair was a surprise to
the honor guests. Dinner was served
and the evening was spent in a de
lightfully informal way. some of the
guests having brought needlework and
others devoting the hours to music.
