CORK, Oct. 21. (A. P.) The ver
dict rendered recently by the military
court of inquiry into the death of
Mieimel FttMorald, the first of the
hunger strikers to die In Cork Jail, was
that the deceased, "of sound mind,
dollborately caused his own existence
to end and did feloniously kill him
self." Th. a-overnor of the Jail testified
that Fitzgerald took no food for 68
days. Dr. Pearson, a Jail physician,
testified that death wag due to tho
