covers the point recently raised con
cerning the movement of so-called
"fly-by-nght" resident, the Pendleton
Commercial Association Was informed
last night. Draymen are required by
this ordinance to report the destna
ton of all persons whose household
goods they move, whether within the
city or to points without.

under pro cot of construction, will
proltably open about August 15, ac
cording to the owners. At present the
work t held up by the non-arrival of
the kitchen ainka. The walls are being
tinted and the woodwork finished.
