is that of the Antwerp Golf club, at

much bound and roll to the ball.
The greens, which have been well
kept despite the war, are composed of
a lhn moswy grass, fast but here and
there. Just a bit bumpy. Most of
them are protected by pits o ditches
before and behind, and are particular
ly dangerous for o vcrs.no ts.
The course has been well arranged,
with only one possibility of cro-fire
or interference in its whole length,
this being where the tee shot for the
fourth hole crosses one of the greens
but the tee is considerably elevated
and most of the drives go well over.
The ground rules are, as yet. a bii

declined an offer to coach football at
Grlnnell college, Iowa, and will re-1
main at Whitman. Borleske recently
