The only load of new arrivals of
livestock for the Tuesday trade, at
Xorth Portland consisted of a load of
cattle. There was every indication in
the trade during the day. despite the
lack of offerings, tliat further depres
sion had hit the local cattle alleys. Top
pulp feed would not go above II 1 M
an extreme mark at this time. Slight
change was shown in bulls, but other
wise cattle values held unchanged.
