school must have a Bacon phonic
chart and a Courtis cabinet with a
supply of practice pads and a teach
er's manual.

a standard school heater, or a base
ment furnace, with thermometer
hanging In the middle of the room, is
the heating requirement. Itoumi are
to be attractive at all times.
Grounds are to be cleun and free
of paper at all time. At least three
features of play apparatus, as given
in the Oregon recreational manual
must be provided. Walks are to be
built If necessary. Pure drinking
water either from drinking fountain
or from a covered tank and Individ
ual drinking cup. 1 required. At
least two out-bulldlnga, to be clean
- and free from marks are stipulated.
