Bearing a premium of $6.50 per $1,000 the first $100,000 of road bonds authorized by the people of Wallowa county at the June election were sold Wednesday by the court to Morris Brothers of Portland. The county will get $100,650 from the bonds, which mature in from five to 10 years and pay 5 percent interest.
