TRAMPS KILL TRAINMEN CHEYENNE, Jan. IJ. Two tramps shot and killed OUb Allen and Otto Jones, conductor and hrakeman on a Union Pa cific freight. The trainmen caught the tramps stealing a ride. A fight followed. A posse caught the slayers shortly and Jailed them at Kimball. They refused to divulge their identity. The situation at Union may not be typical but it is believed that an examination of the roster at Whitman, Pullman, Ellensburg and Bellingham, as well as the University of Washington, which claims an Oregon club with a mem bership of 120, would reveal that Washington is entertaining a host of young Oregon people.
