Little Billy Jacobs, the clever o year old actor of the Lasky Company, will appear as a member of the sup porting company of Thomas Meighan and Anita King in the Parumount Picture "The Heir to the Hoorah." which will be seen at the Alta on Fri day and Saturday. Billy Is a stickler for detail. In one scene he has to climb on Mr. Melghnn's shoulder and tell a story about a bear, to Mr. Meigan and Miss King. Billy was told the story and then told what to do. Mr. William De Mllle, the director, set the cameras to grinding and Billy came running into the scene, climbed up on Mr. Meighan's shoulder accord, ing to instructions. Then Mr. De Mille called out: "Now Billy, tell them about the bear." Billy stopped, looked at at Mr. De Mille and said: "We will have to do that ngain, be cause by the time I climb up here 1 am out of breath and can't tell about the bear.'
