here by young men of the city. It Is
not a liventjjck breeders proposition,
but a sportlnK club which will play

are plentiful and the sticks need not

Sunday school class gave an oyster
supper Wednesday night to a number
of their girl friends at the I. O. O.
P. hall. Plates were laid for thirty.
Meadamei Esselwtyn, Sterns and Cook
were the patronesses. A long tn be

present.
Echo has been experiencing some
of the coldest weather of the season
the rast week. On Thursday morn
ing there was a four inch fall of fresh
snow.
