NEW YORK, Dec. 22 Unable to bear the expense of having an un dertaker bury the baby girl bom to his wife in Bellevue Hospital a few days ago, Joseph Gerdane, iniriy-sev-en years old, of No. 216 Amsterdam Avenue, Manhattan, took the chila to Greenwood Cemetery, in Brooklyn, yesterday In a cardboard box and tried to bury It himself. Gravedisfcers Interfered, with the result Cerdane was arraigned before Magistrate Dodd, charged with at tempting burial Vithout a permit and not having conformed with the reg ulations of the health department.
