Mr. Mountain Asks Divorce.
Mrs. Letla Mountain, formerly
Leila Todhunter 'Dtipuis. yesterday
afternoon filed suit in the circuit
1 court asking a divorce from her hus
band, Walter Mountain, of this city,
fhe charges him with cruel nnd in
human treatment and her charges are
borne out by the fact that her hus
band was arretted last niffht by the
police upon the complaint of his wife
that he had assaulted her while in ,
drunken condition. His trial is set
for this afternoon In police court.
They have heen married about a
year.
