NEW YORK. Nov. 10. Friends of James Buchanan Brady are disturbed at the report that his 3200,000 stom ach has gone back on him and that he Is seriously ill. According to the rumor, a specialist had been sum moned from Baltimore to attend "Dia mond Jim." At the Brady home it was said the report was greatly exaggerated. Bra dy arose feeling "under the weather," it was said, decided to spend the day Indoors resting and reading. No doc tor had been summoned, it was said. Four and a half years ago Brady entered Johns Hopkins hospital in Baltimore to be treated for chronic stomach trouble. After an operation he left the hospital with what he de scribed as "new stomach." A few months later Brady gave 1300,000 and an annuity of 315,000 to found and maintain the James Bu chanan Brady urological Institute as a special unit of the hospital.
