Four persons lost their lives last night when an au tomobile plunged into the Chicago river through an open draw. Two of the occupants of the car were saved. The dead persons were Hugo War ner, manager and director of the ad vertising firm of Lord & Thomas; Miss Jennie Klausner, Miss Lillian Klausner and Sylvan Kusel, social set tlement workers; Mrs. Henrietta J. Warner und Miss Sarah Bernstein, al so social settlement workers, were those, saved. The accident occuurred at the west approach of the Twelfth street bridge across the river. The automobile, which was driven by Warner, is still in the river. Warner's body was re covered. . Warner, who was 31 years old. was muster of the Boy Scouts of the Max well settlement, from which the party was returning and where all were teachers.
