WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 The rail-' road Brotherhoods have a fifteen mil-' lion dollar strike fund ready for dis tribution among the four unions should the men need strike relief. ' They plan to pay forty dollars month ly to the four hundred thousand men Involved. Many leaders believe the trainmen would not need relief. The fund has been gathered through weekly contributions for years. The assessment varies In accordance with : the members earning capacity.. One little code wired from Wash ington to every railroad center is suf-1 ficient to precipitate the strike.
