shook the list of prices for all classes.
Corn and oats both followed the
trail established by wheat and in the
first hour were decidedly strong to
an increased volume of business, sales

LONDON, July 12. A German
aeroplane appeared over the Knglish
coast Sunday, but was driven off and
dropped no bombs. The official press
bureau gave out the following account
of the incident:
"An aeroplane crossed the Kent i
coast this morning. Anti-aircraft i
guns tired on the aeroplane, which
turned seaward, chased by British ma
chines. It was not overtaken. No
bombs were dropped."
