I Clear, Peachy Skin
Awaits Anyone Who
Drinks Hot Water !
Says an inside bath, before break-
fast helps us look and feel
clean, sweet, fresh.
Sparkling and vivacious merry,
bright, alert a good, clear skin and
a natural, rosy, healthy complexion
are assured only by pure blood. If
only every man and woman could be
induced to adopt the morning inside
k.th. what a gratifying change would
take place. Instead of the thousands
of sickly, anaemic-looking men, wom
en and girls, with pasty or muddy
complexions; Instead of the multi
tudes of "nerve wrecks," "rundowns,"
"brain fags" and pessimists we should
se a virile, optimistic throng of rosy
cheeked people everywhere.
An inside bath is had by drinking
. h morning, before breakfast, a
gross of real hot water with a tea
apoanhd of limestone phosphate in it
to wash from the stomach, liver, kid
neys and ten yards of bowels the pre
vious days Indigestible waste, sour
fermentations and poisons. thus
cleansing, sweetening and freshening

Those subject to sick headache, bil
iousness, nasty breath, rheumatism,
colds; and particularly those who have
a pallid, sallow complexion and who
are constipated very often, are urged
to obtain quarter pound of llme
i bosohate at the drug store
which will cost but a trifle, but is suf
fie lent to demonstrate the quick and
remarkable change in ooth health and
appearance, awaiting those who prac
tice internal sanitation. We must re
member that inside cleanliness is more
important than outside, because the
.,kin does not absorb impurities to
contaminate the blooa while the pores
in the thirty feet of bowels do.

Lack of Vessels
Millers Unable to
Bid More for Wheat
PORTLAND, Ore, May 16 Port
land's lack of ocean steamship facili
ties is working great injury to the port
In the matter of grain business, while
northern ports are doing a fair volume
of oriental, South American and Euro
pean flour business, local millers are
compelled to sit idle and simply do a
home business.
Naturally this is reflected in the
price that the local trade Is able to
pay for wheat and other cereals but
it Is a condition beyond the aid of the
trade itself.
Small purchases of wheat continue
in the Interior by Pacific northwest
millers with prices generally reported
as steady. Locally the market has
been Inactive.
Oats and barley markets continue
firm with the former active in the
country and the latter dull because of
the lack of offerings.
Chicago market was affected some
what by the rains in the middle west
but the report of Hessian fly in Kan
sas has been a bullish factor.
Broomhall cabled that Liverpool
wheat was dull and steady, influenced
by America, but foreign arrivals were
liberal. Spot wheat unchanged with
a better demand. Cargo market
steady; Manitobas 3d dearer, winter
uncnangea; fiattes and Australian
steady held. Continental demand for
wheat increasing, notwithstanding lib
era export clearances and it Is believ
