Packard and other promi nent automobile engineers favor motor oils from Western crude. Exposition juries at San Francisco and San Diego gave highest competitive awards to Zerolene an oil from Western crude. Zerolene is the best oil for your motor because scientifically refined from selected California crude asphalt-base. Government experts tell us that oils 4Correctly refined from asphalt-base crude "distill without decomposition" I do not break up and lose their lubricating value under cylinder heat and are "much better adapted to motor cylinders, as far as their carbon-forming proclivities are con ceroed, than are paraf fine-base Pennsylvania oils." When you empty the crank-case refill with Zero lene. Dealers everywhere and at service stations and agencies of the Standard Oil Company. ZEROLENE the Standard Oil for Tatar Cars i Farmers Will Mot Let Go in Wheat PORTLAND, Ore., April 25. The Liverpool and London wheat markets yesterday were closed during the day because of a holiday and the trend of the Chicago market was slightly changed at the start of the session's trading. Wheat market continues a most nominal affair at Pacific northweat points. Farmers will not oven con sider selling at prevailing prices and as present limits are about all the trade here can pay on account of the huge freight charges and the recent lowering of cargo prices abroad, ex port Interests are not inclined to beg supplies. Coarse grains, while not really ac tive, are showing some fair strength in the Interior. Purchases are not brisk, hut the bidding for both oats and barley Is aggressive with extreme values being offered. As the Willam ette valley Is practically no longer a factor In the oats trade for the re mainder of the season, the stocks here raoBOt be used as a bearish nrKiimenl to beat down quotations in the Inter ior. Market for grain bags is limited, fcrmers are showing little disposition to take hold and a somewhat easier ;rlce situation la the result, although general quotations are unchanged. Remedy Prescribed by Many Doctors COMPOI NO OF SAMPLE LAXATIVE HEHB8 PROVES MOST EFFK1ENT. Dr. W. A. Evans, writing for the Chicago Tribune, makes the assertion that practically everyone, at some time or other, suffers from constlpa tlon. This applies regardless ot age or condition in life. The congestion of stomach waste n the bowels is evidenced In various ways; bloat, eructation of foul stomach gases, sick headache, langour, ull in dicate constipation, and call for prompt attention, not only to relieve the present discomfort but also to avoid possible disease that follows neg lect of this Important function. Hursh cathartics and violent purga tives should not be employed as these afford only temporary relict, while they serve to shock the entire system. A mild laxative such as Dr Caldwell's Syrup Pepsin is far preferable and is now the remedy generally used and .prescribed by many doctors. It Is tree from opiate or narcotic drugs, acts easily and pleasantly" without griping or other pain and Is a safe, effective family remedy. Mr. Chas Schell. 131 Church St., MR. CHAS SCIIFJ I, Grenada. Miss., writes that he found relief himself by using Dr. Caldwell's Syrap Pepsin and now keeps It on hand for family use. A bottle of Dr. Caldwell's Syrup Pepsin should have a place in every family medicine chest. A trial bottle can be obtained, free of charge, by writing to Dr. W. B.
