In recognition of his noteworthy

thom was first chosen but refused to
serve. The retiring elder Is Amos
Pond and the holdover elders are Al
lan Patawa and Philip Jones. This
is the first time that Motanle has
been on the board of elders.
An Automobile Town.
By actual count made here Satur
day afternoon a total of 173 autos
were found to be parked in a space of
five blocks, three on Main street and
two on Court. The count included
