LONDON, Oct. 5. While Europe

answer tu Russia's demanda, prepa

Lee Dale murder case will retire t
the Jury room to deliberate upon ths
evidence introduced at the trial. By

been put in and at 1:30 this afternoon
District Attorney Frederick Stetwsr
began his argument to the Jury. He
wfll be followed by W. M. Peterson,
attorney for the defendant by virtu
