Skinner built upon the land, much less a rental for the house The Jury returned a verdict at 9 o' clock last night for the defendant, nine of the twelve signing it. Mr. Skinner surprised the plaintiff with hla defense. He denied that he had ever had possession of the house, asserting that his wife had possession and that he was merely staying there Alger Fee represented him as counsel. Col. Raley, attorney for the plain tiff, moved to set aside the verdict on the grounds that it was not in keeping with the pleadings. Failing In this motion, he will probably file a new suit with Mrs. Skinner as defendant. (Continued From Page Two). Fanchler F. Francis and Lola C. As badly as Britain needs recruits, Lord Kitchner will not eccept a man having less than 23 sound teeth or their equivalent in American bridgework. How about you? Could you pass this test? Is not this a forcible showing of the teeth's relation to a sound body? But, greater still, is not this a grand testimonial to the efficiency of modern American methods in dentistry. By our many courses in post-graduate work we have mastered these latest methods in bridge work and painless dentistry. We are now giving this service to our patrons every day. See us before you have your dental work done. Let us prove to your complete satisfaction that it is now unnecessary to pay for pain and misery we will make your work a pleasure for you to undergo. Again we say! If it hurts you, don't pay. fete' i s i Good Coal and Wood. Our Rock Springs coal burns clean giving you mora heat and leaa dirt for your money.
