Sidney Bisbee, 14 year old boy who
shot Logan Todd and Arthur Beaaley
r.ear Hermlston Tuesday evening, was
brought to Pendleton yesterday morn
ing by Marshal C. H. Oswald of Her
mlston. The boy was not placed In
Jail but will be held at the poor farm
until his parents return. At the time
of the shooting the boy's father was
ir. Minnesota, called there by the
death of his father and the mother
was in California owing to the death
of her mother. The boys who were

ton boys were going swimming in the
river near the Bisbee place when the
trouble occurred. The two boy were
badly hurt but will recover unless In
