My plan to get you more interested in this shop is to have I will have these "Special Sales" whenever I have any thing special that I can offer you at a very special price and please understand what I mean by "Special Sale." These "Special Sales" will not be given to raise money but are to get you to come in and share a bargain with me. For instance : I have a beautiful line of cassaroles in my store from $2.25 to $15.00 ; possibly you have not seen them. I want you to know about these so I am going to impress it upon you in this way. Next Thursday morning I am going to put some of these $2.25 cassaroles in my window with a card saying: "Saturday Special ?1.35." This will be a sale for Saturday only and after that sale they will be sold by us at the regular price of $2.25. These specials will appear from time to time and you must have confidence in them as I will offer you only good specials of the "usual Sawtelle Quality." Kindly watch my window for these.
