ii juu must nave your meai every
day, eat It. but flush your kidneys
with aalta occasionally says a noted
authority who tells us that meat
forma uric acid which almost paral
yxea the kidneys In their efforts to
expel It from the blood. They be
come sluggish and weaken, then you
suffer with a dull misery In the kid
ney region, sharp pains In tho back
or sick headache, dizziness, your
stomach eoure, tongue la coafed ar
when the weather la bad you hnv
rheumatic twinges. The urine gets
cloudy, full of sediment, th- channels
often get sore and Irritated, obliging
you to seek relief two or three tlmca
during the night.
To neutralize these Irritating acids,
to cleanse the kidneys and flush off
the body's urinous waste get four
ounce of Jad Suits from any phar
macy here; take a taMcspoonful In a
glase of water before breakfast for
a few days and your kidneys will
then act fine. This famous wilts is
made from tho acid of grapes and
lemon Juloo, combined with llthla.
and has been used for generations to
flush and stimulate sluggish kidneys,
also to neutralize the acids In urine,
so It no longer Irritates, thus ending
bladder weukncMS.
Jad Salts is Inexpensive; cannot In

Common garden aago brewed Into
a heavy tea, with sulphur and alcohol
addefl, will turn gray, streaked and
faded hair beautifully dark and lux
uriant; remove every bit of dandruff,
atop acalp Itching and falling hair.
Mixing the Sage Tea and Sulphur re
cipe at home, though. Is troublesome.
An easier way la to get the ready-to-use
tonic, costing about 60 centa a
large bottle, at drug stores, known aa
"Wyeth'a Snge and Sulphur Com
pound." thus avoiding a lot of muss.
While wispy, gray, faded hair Is
not alnful, we all desire to retain our
youthful appearance and attractive
ness. By darkening your hair with
Wyeth'a Sage and Sulphur, no one
can tell, because It does It ao natur
ally, so evenly. You Just dampen a
aponge or soft brush with It and draw
this through your hair, taking one
small strand at a time; by morning
all gray halra have disappeared. After
another application or two your hair
'become beautifully dark, glossy, soft
and Juxurlont and you appear years
younger.
