Jackson atreet. Rev. Christian Mack,
pastor of the German Lutheran
church at Myrlck, gave the marital
vows. Onlv immediate members of
the family were present Mrs. Wal
ter L. Boynton, lister of the bride
acted as bridesmaid while the bride
groom was attended by Mr. Boyn
ton. Immediately following the cere
mony. a wedding dinner was served.
The bride Is the second daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. H. G. F. Eggers.
prominent local family. She was
bom in Umatilla county and has lived
in Pendleton a number of years, win
ning many friends among the . local
young people. Her hustrend b

been connected with the local taxi-

fleet near Ras Blanchard In will
shortly be undertaken by a French
firm acting for the government, Tho
