pounds. Another load that averaged
992 pounds went at 84.55 at the same
time.
The cattle market is shewing a
rather weak tone for steers but thus
far the cheaper stuff has been held
Intact at previous prices. Receipts
of cattle for she day totaled 382 head
compared with 731 last Friday, when
the record run put in appearance.

Chicago, Nov. 11. The wheat trade
Is awaiting news of a more definite
character from the Argentine fields
before moving much one way or an
other. That accounts for the slow
market yesterday. Opening was l-2c
to 3-4c lower and the closing l-8c
lower for December and May and
l-8c higher for July.
There wns a heavier tone abroad
and this Influenced the lower start.
