Gould In the "Medi cal Record," declares: "There Is prob ably not a school desk In all the world constructed upon physiological prin ciples. Think of the millions of mor bidly raised" right shoulders, of the millions of neck s and backs thus twisted and wrenched WITH ALL the RESULTANT DISEASES THERE FROM!" Dr. Gould's article does more than bring. this wrong to public notice. It Justifies the osteopathic argument that disease results from deformities of the bony framework. In connection with the ever lengthening school year. It accounts for the Increasing number of children with glasses, with anaemia, with the many and persist ent organic diseases. This Is what the osteopaths are preaching, and Is. In fact, the very basis of the systom; but here It Is from the Old School. Fortunately for the children of to day, osteopathy Is able to correct these deformities, which are nothing more nor less than osteopathic "les pons," mlsadjustihents of the bony frntnework on which osteopathy Is based, nnd IhroiiEh the correction of whlhc It mnkes Its cures.
