Mr. Mack Is a septic tank expert. and his services were engaged through S. C. Turks, a member of the council bourd. Since Installing the system, the city has incurred consid erable expense In keeping the tank house and drain flats In proper shape. After dun consideration It was decided to engage the services of on expert to Investigate, and If necessury recon struct the entire system.
