NIGHT 1 H With Irritating Skin Humor Whole Body Affected Scalp Itched All the Time and Hair Began to Fall Out Wonderful Result From APPLICATION OF CUTICURA REMEDIES "I am never without Cuticura Soap tnd Cuticura Ointment since I tried them last summer. About the hitter part of July my whole body began to itch. I did not take much notice of it at firtt, but it began to get worse all the time, and then I began to get uneasy and tried all kinds of baths and oth?a Teuiediea that were recommended for , skin humors; but I became worse all the time. Mv hair began to fall out and my scalp itched all the time. Espe cially at night, just as soon as I would get in bed and get warm, my whole body would begin to itch and my finger nails would keep it irritated, and it was not long before I could not rest night or day. A friend asked me to try the Cuticura Remedies, and I did, and' the first appli cation helped me wonderfully. For about four weeks I would take a hot bath everv night and then apply the Cuticura Ointment to my whole body; and I kept getting better, and by the time I used four boxes of Cuticura I was entirely cured, and my hair stopped falling' out, but I continue to use the Cuticura on my scalp. It keeps all dan druff out and scalp is always clean. I ai ways use Cuticura Ointment on my face after shaving, and have found nothing to equal it. I will never be without it." RECOMMENDED 10 11 MOTHERS "I hava used Cuticura Ointment for chafing of infants, and as they grew older all skin diseases were given treat ment with that and the Cuticura Soap. I never found it necessary to call a doc tor, as these Remedies are a sure cure, if used as directed. I am glad to recom mend them to all mothers." Sincerely yours, Mrs. F. A. Kennard, June 21, 1905. Movement on Foot to Get a ltoml Through From Grouse Creek to .Milton Will He in the Form of a Petition Columbia College Recital Attachment Against the Bee llhe Stock Found mi Abundance or Water Judgment for Plaintiff In Vuncill vs. Payne Suit. Milton, Feb. 13. Considerable trouble is Velng exps; -enced of hue over the union church building, which is located at the forks of the Walla Walla river, five miles above Milton. The church was' closed against a series of meetings by Kev. Lobe, which had been arranged for by the Presbyterian church. As a conse quence the last of the meetings were conducted In the DeHnven school house, one and a half miles this side of there. Mr. Lobe was sent out by the Naza- rene church to this place last sum mer, and he arranged with the mem bers of other denominations to build this church, and It was agreed that all rhould have equal rights. It seems that he now wishes to have entire control of the church, and when the Presbyterians came to hold their meetings In the building he refused to let them have It. A hated discus sion followed which wns participated In by Mrs. D. F. Drown, Rev. Harper, the Presbyterian minister, and Prof. Howard, of 'the Columbia college. This trouble has been brewing for some time, and the members of other denominations are now taking steps to appoint a committee and arrange matters so that all churches may hold their meetings as was first agreed. To Have New Home. Edna Campbell, the young girl who was brought to the Frultvale school by her teacher, Mrs. Jones, from Pen dleton some months ago, Mrs. Jones taking the girl to make her home with her. won tried by District Attorney Phelps In Attorney Godwin's office yesterday, on a chnrge of assault and battery brought against the girl by Mrs. Jones. From all points that could be gleaned In the case It seems that Mrs. Jones and the girl simply could not agree, and It was decided to seittle the case by bringing the girl back to Pendleton, where the district judge will find a home for her. A move is now on foot to get a road through from Grouse creek to Milton, a distance of five miles. This road will shorten the distance to town and will run through a fine wheat section. At present It cannot be agreed upon as just what route should be atken. The petition will probably be presented to the Umatilla county court some time during this month. The Columbia college gave a recital at the new city hall last evening, which was well attended and very en joyable. Bcc Hive Attached.
