M.( Brownfleld was arrested on the charge of Illegally disposing of In toxicating liquor on election day and pleaded guilty before Judge Campbell. He was fined 325 and costs. This was the case In which Mr. Brownfleld was charged with having given whiskey to one of the election Judges. Chelan Leader. Vinson Sells Placer Mine It has been given out this week that W. I Vinson had transferred his pla cer mines on the North Fork of John Day river to a syndicate of capitalists at Corning, N. Y.
