The fruit u badly Infected and of the 800 boxes loaded only 76 were saved by the InHpector. "It was the worm lot of fruit I ever Mime across In the Yakima valley," aid Mr. Krown this morning, as he exhibited a bottle containing several hundred worms thut he had taken from some of tho apples. "Not only was the fruit Infected with the codl ag moth larva, but almost every apple was covered with scale. I saved only 75 boxes out of the 900 loaded, so you may believe the conditions were bad. "I destroyed all tho rest of the fruit. Mr. Hhnfford of course will be the laser, lie grew them on his Parker ranch. I understand that he says he will bring suit for damages against the county.
