Tunaker, a Jap, who applied for admission to citizenship of this country Judge Stewart de nied the Application on the ground that it native of Japan does not come within the provision of the United States statutes relating to the admis sion to citizenship of foreigners. The statute provides only for foreigners of tho white race and people of Af rican descent. Admission to citizen ship was therefore denied.
