OSTEOPATHY
HEADACHE AND HEADACHB
POWDERS.
This subject was brought Into pro
minence last winter by the crusade
of the medical doctors of Kansas City
against the use of headache powders.
They are coal tar products, whose re
sults are gotten through their de
pressing Influence on the heart's ac
tion. Which Influence results finally
In an Incurable heart disease. Then,
too, they relieve for the time only,
and medical texts assert their failure
to cure.
Ostoeopathy goes at this in the ae
customed way SEEKING the CAUSB.
This is almost Invariably found In
slight displacement of bones of the
neek, particularly the first and second
vertebrae.
Those are the predisposing causes,
rendering the condition delicate,
ready to be overthrown by one of
the many exciting Influences, Indiges
tion, female troubles, excitement, ex
haustion, etc.
The cure Is evident, correct the
bony displacements. This Is what the
Osteopath does, and he rarely fails
to permanently cure.
