Slanilanl Grocery Will Handle Cloth
ing IIiixIiio-m Prices Cut, Slushed
ami Suiiighcted.
Inasmuch ns there is no cloth
ing store on Court street, and as we
are often called upon to show our
grocery customers from the Interior
country, where they can purchase
clothing, etc., we have decided to
handle agents' suits, shoes, hats, caps,
etc.. In the future.
We Intend to carry a complete stock
of samples, but Intend to make a
specialty of taking orders for tallor
mndo suits.
We often wondered how some of
lVnclleton's department (?) stores
could afford to sell some groceries nt
cost, in order to sell clothing.
We are no longer in the dark, ns
we find since going into the clothing
business, that It Is nearly nil profit.
As we intend to put this line in for
the accommodation of our customers,
we do not Intend to make a profit
J on the clothing business, but will sell
at cost. Below are" a few of our prices
and you will also see samples of the
finest line of clothing In the city, on
display in our windows.
The best suit we carry Is $10.
Others ask as high as 320 for th
same suit. We have others, all wool
and strictly high grade as lo'w as
$4.45 for a whole suit.
t'nderwear, 80c suit, worth $1.
Canvas gloves. 4 pair 25c, others
sell then 3 for 25c.
Good heavy cotton sox, 50c dozen.
Extra good working shirts, 45c
each.
Best overalls on enrth for 50c,
either waist or bib overalls.. . .
All other articles carried by acloth
lug store can be had of us at cost,
same ns nbove.
Some of our" clothing competitors
may ridicule the Idea of going to a
grocery store for clothing, but we bog
to say that It is not any more ridic
ulous than going to a clothing, store
for groceries. . ,
We made arrangements with one
of the largest tailoring houses of Chi
cago, and If you want a nice suit
at a 50 per cent discount, let us have
the order.
Our terms on clothing, etc., are
strictly cash.

I became the bride of Ougllelmo Mar

as a scientist, largely due to his ie

engaged passage to sail for America

the United Slates about six weeks
and then will go to Rome, where, it
is reported, they will be guests of the
king of Italy for a few days.
The bride of today Is a bright,
comely girl, fond of outdoor sports,
and also well read. She is one of
the eight sisters of the present Baron
Inchiciuin. The Iuchiquln family
traces Its descent direct from Brian
Born, who was king of the Emerald
Isle from 1002 to 1014, when he was
slain at the head of his army at the
battle of Clontarf. Ills grandson,
Turlogh, king of Munster, hnd four
sons, whereof the third was the pro
genitor of the Barons Iuchiquln.' One
of Turlogh's descendants, Connor
O'Bryen, was king of Thurmond at
so comparatively recent a period as
1529, and it was his brother, Murough
who, after usurping his kingship, sur
rendered to Henry VIII and was then
made earle of Tormond for life and
given the Iuchiquln barony.

It Is also an absolute fact that your
