In the circuit court this morning otto Hocklnsmlth and Thomas Mosb pleaded guilty to the charge of forg ery. Sentence was not passed on them at the time, but will probably be given- Moss within a day, or two. It is probable that Hocklnsmith's sentence will be suspended until June so as to have him here at that time to testify In the case against the two Halneys.
