The report of the state land board shows that the sales of state lands In Oregon for the two years ending September 10, ag gregated 433,83s acres, and the cash received on sales amounted to 9676, 964. This Is a decrease In the num ber of acres sold as compared with the preceding two years, when the aggregate was 491.123 acres, but the receipts for the preceding two years amounted to only $511,661.
