Notice of appeal In the action of tho Manchester Flro Assurance Com pany, was tiled In tho state circuit court today by the plaintiff. The suit Is for $5900 and grew out of the burning of u warehouse at Barnhart station about two years ago. Moore's wheat was stored In tho building and it .was claimed by the plalutitfs that tho fire resulted from sparks from a passenger locomotive. The Jury found for tho defendant.
