Thomas Ogle died night before last
at the home of his brother, B. F. Ogle,
at Athena, aged about 60 years, of
Brlght's disease and a heart trouble,
with both of which he had been af
flicted for several years, and from
which he had suffered severely dur
ing the past several months.
The deceased and his brother came
to Umatilla county over 30 years ago.
He was highly respected for all the

He had never married, but made his
