The program for the week embraces the four days' session of the grand lodge, which opens Tuesday morning, and unlimited entertain ment for the members of the order, who will have an Immense variety to select from, all being free to those wearing the badge of the order. Out side of the grand lodge the most In terest attaches to the contests of various sorts for prizes. Those In- elude prizes for the delegations com ing the longest distance, for parade appearance and originality, for the largest percentage or totol member ship attending the reunion, and for drill contests and band contests, for both of which there are numerous entries. The complete program for the week- Is as follows: Monday Boat excursion on Ohio river for grand lodge members and their families. Fireworks display on banks of the river by Cincinnati lodire and neighboring lodgeB. Tuesday Opening of the grand lodge session In Masonic Hall at 10 a. m. Addresses by Myron T. Her- rick, governor of Ohio; Julius Flelsch man, mayor of Cincinnati: Aueust Herman, exalted ruler of Cincinnati lodge, and Joseph T. Fanning of In dianapolis, grand exalted ruler. O'Brien, Jr., of Balti more, and Samuel Neads of Cleve land, are rival candidates for the po sition of grand exalted ruler, to suc ceed Mr. Fanning. INTEREST IN IRISH GAMES. Gala Time at St. Louis for Ancient Hibernians. St. Louis, July 10. Next to tho Olympic games, the sports that will be conducted both at the Stadium nnd at the fair grounds during tho com ing week, as a feature of the national convention of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, promise to be the most important athletic event to be held In St. Louis during the World's Fal period. The sports will be lnaugurnt ed tomorrow with an open hnndlcap meeting nt tho fair grounds. Isew features on the program will be out door wrestling contests and the hoi skin and jump event. The Irish sports at the World's Fair are to extend over a period of three days. Besides the track and held sports there will be two International championships contested, hurling and football, the latter Gaelic football, in these events there will bo athletes representing the Irish athletic clubs and societies of Boston, Toronto, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and a number of other cities.
