Cottrell, who was running sheep near Pilot Rock until the last year or two. He is a man ager of the Wclser River Sheep Shear ing Co. They hnvo a 40-mnehlne plant near here. .They have already sheared 30,000 sheep nnd have Iwok- ed 33.000 more. j ! They have several stations using in . , nil 90 machines. They charge 13 I cents per head to pasture, shear nnd 2 I bag the wool. They pay the sheep- shearers S cents per head.
