In tho circuit court yesterday was heard tho dlvorco suit brought by Moses Taylor against Isabelle Taylor, in which she answered by filing a cross bill. Mr. Taylor's attorneys are Carter & Italey and Will M. Peterson; Mrs. Taylor's attorneys are J. A. Fco and Balleray & McCourt. Mr. Taylor and wlfo aro peoplo whoso npproxlmato ages must bo 55 and 60 years. They havo been mar ried at least 30 years and havo nine children and soveral grandchildren. They havo lived on a farm between dren as well seem to bo and to have always been highly respected. Another Suit Aired. A roport on tho progress of the boot sugar Industry In 1903, prepared by tho department of agriculture, shows that thcro has beon an lncroaso in tho number of factories In tho United States from 23 at tho closo of 1902 to 3G at tho beginning of 1904. Accord ing to tho report, tho sugar boot crop at 1903 amountod to a llttlo more than 2,000,000 tons, harvested from 242,576 acres, the averago yield bolng about 8 tons to tho aero.
