PAGE TWO. DAILY EAST OREGONIAN, PENDLETON, OREGON, MONDAY, APRIL 25, 1904. EIGHT Our Surpassing Soda The soda water drawn at our fountain surpasses in absolute purity, in perfect cleanliness, in dainty appetizing service, in perfection of flavors. We go the limit In making every drink as nearly perfect as it is possible to make It. We spare neither time, trou ble or expense. There are many good reasons why you should drink all of your soda -water here and for the fact that there is some thing about each drink that makes it taste different from other sodn. I of this exploitation of the laborers ! by the capitalists this appropria tion of all property out of the hands of the tollers into the private owner ship of the holders of capital, there is an Inevitable war between the in terests of the working class on the one hand, and the interests of the capitalist class on the other. Sixth This class struggle between the wealth makers and the wealth takers will endure so long as our present system of production for profit continues. Seventh In thU conflict between the workers and the capitalists, la bor is disarmed on the economic side, all the Instruments of prodiiC' tion and distributing wealth being owned and controlled by holders of capital. Eighth There is only one weapon with which the working class can successfully oppose the capitalist class and that is the ballot. Ninth Tills fact demands as an inevitable conclusion the organiza tion of the working class Into a po litical party that shall be, every where and always, distinct from aud founded entirely upon the Interests of the working class. The socialist party is organizing to meet this de mand, and is. therefore, the party of the working class.
