Stamper Is recovering from a severe attack of la grippe. Child's Lungs Tapped. A little son of William Uussell had pneumonia some two or three mouths ago. It settled in his lungs, and they were tapped by Dr. Plant ondoii, nnd two quarts of pus exud ed. Tho little fellow seems to ho getting nlong ns well as could be ex pected. Democratic Delegates. There were 10 democratic dele gates elected here to tho democratic convention. North ..hcna sends 13 delegates as follows: C. O. Henry. S. P. Purely. Thomas Defreece, C. T. Smith, CaBs Cannon, A. L. Mrs. Ed Brehm has returned from Portland, where she left her hus band, who will stay a month to take n course of treatment for ulcerated sore eyes, with which ho has been affected for the past two years. Small Loss of Stock. Stock has come through the win ter with very small loss. The winter lingered Just nbout as long as the hay lasted, and the two came out even up. "THE GAME KEEPER."
